Ingredients

  • 125g GSK Fresh Produce cherry tomatoes
  • 200g fresh cucumber
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 50ml Vinegar
  • Avocado (optional)
  • 30g GSK Fresh Produce Parsley (optional)

Preparation:

  • Slice your GSK Fresh Produce cherry tomatoes into quarters and set aside in a clean bow.
  • Unevenly peel the cucumber leaving some green for roughage.
  • Chopped the peeled cucumber into one inch cubes and add to the tomatoes.
  • Peel and deseed the avocado.
  • Slice into one inch cubes and set aside. Rinse a couple of leaves of GSK Fresh Produce pre-washed parsley and dry. chopped into small pieces.
  • Mix GSK Fresh Produce cherry tomatoes, cucumber, salt and pepper to taste and the vinegar together.
  • Sprinkle chopped GSK Fresh Produce parsley for flavor and garnish.
