Whether our employees are full time, part time or contractors when they enter Nocturnal Valley Fresh bubble of influence and positive energy we believe they are strongly impacted in their lives beyond the financial gains they would have initially come for.
Poverty is a mindset. At Nocturnal Valley Fresh we firmly believe in poverty alleviation and utilize the continuous newfound energy to build and grow our communities. The common theme we get at job entry is “We Don’t Have Enough” amongst other complaints. The common theme we get as employees stay, or come and go is “I Am Able To Do a Lot More With The Little I Have.”
For any tree to grow, the roots have to be healthy! Communities are built from groups of families. What are we feeding our roots? The power of the mind is insurmountable. Our communities are the roots to the tree!
